Additional Fun
Additional Activity Rentals can be added to any daytime function. A 20% surcharge on the total of all of the additional rentals will be added to the final bill.
We work with local providers for boat rentals, climbing walls, bouncy houses, obstacle courses, etc.
Daytime Function Conditions
- Daytime functions must guarantee a minimum of 75 paid adults or more. An adult is considered to be anyone 11 or older.
- All Daytime Functions will end at 2:30 pm.
- We do have Security Personal onsite and all of our staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- All guests will need to bring a valid ID. Our staff reserves the right to refuse to serve any guest at a function, at their discretion.
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any event.
- The Final Invoice will include a 15% site fee plus 7% meals tax.
- A final head count is required 7 days prior to the date of your event.
- 14 days prior to your event date, 50% of your quoted invoice is due. If you cancel the event within 7 days of your event date 25% of the quoted event total will be forfeited. If your event is canceled due to weather or other circumstances out of the control of the Sunset Tiki Bar & Grill, you will be given the opportunity to rebook your event on another date. This is based on availability. The Total Balance of an event is due in full at the conclusion of the event.
- We take cash, checks, bank transfers, and all major credit cards.
- No outside food or beverage is permitted on the ground of the Sunset Tiki Bar & Grill or Nashoba Valley Ski Area.
