This “Island Style” venue contains a large private beach area with trees scattered throughout, a large Tiki Bar, two 40×80 event tents, a sound stage for entertainment, and cooking and service facilities. We have picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and comfortable bar stools and chairs for seating on the deck, which give the guests may options when it comes to socializing and dining.

Our All-Inclusive menu packages make it easy for you to plan your event for a great value, without sacrificing any of the fun. Our package pricing includes all taxes, gratuity, and site fees. We take pride in using only the freshest ingredients, to make your outdoor culinary experience with us memorable. If you have a specific request, we can customize a menu just for your group. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase and all guests must bring a valid ID.

The Daytime Private Waterfront Function Menu Packages
2017 Waterfront Function Menu
The Private Waterfront Function Menus Include: Exclusive use of The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill, the Site Fee, All Taxes, 18% Site Fee, the staffing, set-up, private beach, spring-fed pond, Tiki Bar, tents, entertainment stage, Lifeguard Fee, clean up, access to up to 15 beach sand volleyball courts, Swimming, Tailgate Toss, Ladder Golf, Horseshoes, beach games, your selected menu, lemonade, and ice tea. Bottle water, Fountain Soda, and Alcohol are available for purchase and are billed upon consumption. Additional Activity Rentals can be added to any private function for additional fees. Private functions, during the day, must have a minimum of 75 paid adults or more. An Adult is considered to be anyone who is 11 and older. The Kid’s Grilles Menu is available for children (10 and under only). Fewer than 75 Adults, the group will need to pay per person for the minimum of 75 guests. The missing guest per person charge will be our lowest private function per person price of $51.95pp.
Included Activities For Daytime Private Functions
We have a variety of Team Building games and activities available at The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill. For private functions, we have up to 15 regulation beach sand volleyball courts which can be used leisurely or you can organize your own group volleyball tournament. Volleyball is an excellent Team Building Game, but many companies also use our other beach games for competitions and team building activities. We have Horseshoes, Bocce, Ladder Golf, Tailgate Toss (alias: Cornhole), and Tetherball. In addition, we have swings, a jungle gym and an array of sand toys for the kids. This venue has a private spring-fed pond for swimming, lined with wonderful beach sand. The waterfront has two rafts, a slide, a diving board, and a roped off children’s swimming area.
Evening Group Functions
The Evening Group Functions and Normal Nightly Operation
The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill is open to the public at night from 5:00pm-1am, Monday through Saturday nights. During normal nightly hours of operation, we can accommodate semi-private groups of 25 to 250, with their own BBQ buffet, Lobster Bake, or cocktail party, in a reserved area in one of our Event Tents. Semi-private evening outings can be just as much fun for a great value. Karaoke is offered on Tuesday nights and live music is offered every Wednesday through Saturday night. Semi-private evening functions can start at 5:00pm. No space can be reserved in the evening without a buffet/food commitment. All Function guests share the games and activities available with the public. There are two Volleyball Nets, several sets of Ladderball and Tailgate Toss (Cornhole Games), Tetherball, and a Horseshoe Pit. Swimming is available, with Life Guards on duty, until dusk. Those under the age of 21 must leave the Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill by 9pm.
The Evening Group Function Menu Packages
The Evening Function Menus are only available Monday through Saturday evenings, when we are open to the public, for parties of 25 or more. These prices include all taxes, gratuity, your own buffet, and reserved seating for the evening in one of our Event Tents. The Sunset Tiki Pub Menu cannot be modified. Alcohol, soda and bottled water are available for an additional cost. All Adult guests must bring a valid ID and guests under the age of 21 must leave the facility by 9pm.
For private functions, for an additional cost, we can help you book either a DJ/Karaoke, live entertainment, or you can bring in your own band for your event. We have satellite radio playing throughout the beach area or you can bring your own iPod, if you wish not to have any live entertainment. For private functions, we work with a variety of outside vendors who can be booked to bring in Team Building Activities, Kayaks and Stand up paddle boards with instruction, a Climbing Wall with instruction, Fishing with instruction, Bounce Houses, Dunk Tanks, a two-man Obstacle Course, the Wrecking Ball, Face Painting, Balloon Animals, Arts and Crafts, and more. You are welcome to work with vendors that are not on our Additional Activities Rental list. All Additional Activity Rentals brought into The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill will be subject to an additional 10% site fee, which will be added to the final invoice.
Class Reunions must guarantee a minimum of 100 paid guests and a reunion must be paid in full on booking the event space for the event (No Exceptions).
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and space of any group function, which will go toward your final function bill. We will not hold any space or date without a deposit. A final head count is requested 7 days prior to the date of your event. Final Payment: Final Payment for all functions will be due on or before the event date. We take cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
All Functions can have access to our full bar at The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill for their events. There is no additional charge to have a bar set up for your event. Some of our Award winning Tropical Cocktails we feature include: Top Shelf Margaritas, homemade Mai Tais, and our Top Secret Sangria. We can provide drink tickets, you can have a cash bar, you can put x amount of money toward the bar and then go to cash, or you can have an open bar. Some groups choose to run a tab and pay for the bottled water and soda for their events. All pricing for beverages is based upon consumption. All drink tickets purchased are non-refundable and the tickets are given to your group coordinator on the day of the event. All guests should bring a valid ID and our staff reserves the right to refuse to serve any guest at a function, at their discretion.
Private functions take place for a 4-5 hour duration period, from 11:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Sundays have flexibility with the start and stop times for events since we are not open to the public, but still take place for the 4 to 5 hour period. Additional hours for any function can be obtained for $150 an hour, but cannot extend past 4pm, Mon-Sat.
