Private Daytime

The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grille at Nashoba Valley Ski Area is a great place for group events, company outings or corporate functions.

We book Private group functions 7 days a week during the daytime from 11am-4pm at the Sunset Tiki Bar and Grille from the end of May through the second full week of September, where we can currently accommodate 75 to 1500 people. You are welcome to host a smaller group, but must pay for the minimum of 75 people per event.

Our Private Daytime Functions offer groups a private (closed to the public) beach on our spring-fed pond, where guests can enjoy a plethora of fun activities and amenities. Our All-Inclusive menu packages make it easy for you to plan your event for a great value, without sacrificing any of the fun! Our menu package pricing includes all taxes and site fees. Amenities included with your menu package consist of our private beach, spring-fed pond, tiki bar, lifeguarding, large event tents, horse shoes, badminton, tether ball, swings, jungle gym, assorted outdoor games such as ladder golf and tailgate toss, a sound stage for entertainment, bartender, and serving staff. We also have 15 regulation volleyball courts for tournament play!

For Private Daytime Functions, we work with a variety of outside vendors who can be booked for an additional cost, to bring in Team Building Activities, Kayaks and Stand up paddle boards (with instruction), a Climbing Wall (with instruction), Fishing (with instruction), Live Entertainment, Bounce Houses, Dunk Tanks, a two-man Obstacle Course, The Wrecking Ball, Face Painting, Balloon Animals, Arts and Crafts, and much more!

*Alcoholic Beverages, Bottled Water and Soda are available for additional costs.

Pow Wow Grilles – Vegetarian Based

Private Daytime Pricing $49.95pp – (For Groups of 75 or more Adults. Less than 75, there will be additional fees) Semi-Private Evening Pricing $45.95pp – (For Groups of 25 or more Adults. Less than 25, there will be additional fees.)

*Price per person includes all activities, food, tent, site fee, life guard, tax, tip, set up, Tiki Bar, and staffing.  Alcoholic beverages are available for an additional cost. (per drink)

The Private Waterfront Function Menus Include: Exclusive use of The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill, the Site Fee, All Taxes, 18% Site Fee, the staffing, set-up, private beach, spring-fed pond, Tiki Bar, tents, entertainment stage, Lifeguard Fee, clean up, access to up to 15 beach sand volleyball courts, Swimming, Tailgate Toss, Ladder Golf, Horseshoes, beach games, your selected menu, lemonade, and ice tea. Bottle water, Fountain Soda, and Alcohol are available for purchase and are billed upon consumption. Additional Activity Rentals can be added to any private function for additional fees.

Private functions, during the day, must guarantee a minimum of 75 paid adults or more.  An Adult is considered to be anyone who is 11 and older. The Kid’s Grilles Menu is available for children (10 and under only). Fewer than 75 Adults, the group will need to pay per person for the minimum of 75 guests. The missing guest fee per person charge will be our lowest private function per person price of $51.95pp, regardless of which menu you choose for the group. Private events do not share the venue or any of the activities with any other groups and have exclusive use of the Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill for their event.
