We book summer functions at The Sunset Tiki Bar from the end of May through the middle of October. We can currently accommodate up to 550 people, and we can handle groups up to 1200 people with additional tent rentals.

Our All-Inclusive menu packages make it easy for you to plan your event for a great value, without sacrificing any of the fun. We take pride in using only the freshest ingredients, to make your outdoor culinary experience with us memorable. If you have a specific request, we can customize a menu just for your group. Alcoholic beverages are available for an additional cost.

Imagine sipping on a refreshing tropical drink at the Sunset Tiki Bar or just kicking back with a cold brew in one of our Adirondack chairs on the beach. Clients can host a company volleyball tournament at the 11 regulation, beach sand volleyball courts, engage in great conversation and play one of the many social beach games, cool off with a swim in the spring-fed pond, or just enjoy the lei’d back island atmosphere.

This unique, private function facility is available for private functions, of 50 or more, during the day from 11:30am-4:30pm, 7 days a week. The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill is open to the public at night from 5:30pm-1am, Monday through Saturday nights. During normal nightly hours of operation, we can accommodate semi-private groups of 30 to 200, with their own buffet, in our event tent.

During normal, nightly hours of operation, when we are open to the public, we offer each of our Waterfront Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill Adult function menus at $5 off the normal price. We also take group reservations during LobsterFest on Thursday nights. The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill has live entertainment every Wednesday through Saturday night.

This “Island Style” venue contains a large private beach area with trees scattered throughout, a large Tiki Bar, two 40×80 event tents, a sound stage for entertainment, cooking and service facilities. We have picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and comfortable bar stools for seating, which give the guests may options when it comes to socializing and dining. For private functions, we have 11 regulation beach sand volleyball courts which can be used leisurely or you can organize your own volleyball tournament. We have Horseshoes, Bocce, Ladder Golf, Tailgate Toss (aka. Cornhole), and Tetherball. In addition, we have swings, a jungle gym and an array of sand toys for the kids. This venue has a private spring-fed pond lined with wonderful beach sand. The waterfront has two rafts, a slide, a diving board, and a roped off children’s swimming area.

The Group Function Menu Packages, I have attached for adults and children (10 and under), include: the site fee, 7% Mass State Tax, and 18% Gratuity, the staffing, set-up, private beach and Tiki Bar, tent, entertainment stage life guard fee, clean up, all games and activities, your selected menu, lemonade, ice tea, and fruit punch. Bottle water, fountain soda, and alcohol are available for an additional cost. Pricing is based on a minimum of 50 adults or more.

For private, daytime functions, you are welcome to hire your own entertainment, but they will need to bring all of their own equipment. We can have satellite radio playing throughout the beach area or you can bring your own mp3 player, if you don’t want live entertainment. We work with www.funstufrentals.com if you would like to add a bounce house, dunk tank, etc and all of his pricing and rentable items are available on line. We also work with www.letsgoghparty.com for face painting, balloon animals, arts and crafts, etc and all of their pricing and what they offer, is on that website as well. Once you have made your selection, please contact us directly to set up a rental with Funstufrentals or Letsgoghparty.

Functions take place anytime from 10:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday and from 11am-9pm on Sundays, for a 4 to 5 hour duration. Semi-private functions can be booked during normal, nightly operational hours starting at 5:30pm, but the facility and activities will be shared with the public.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your function, which will go toward your final function bill.
